Life 107.1 wants your pictures! Post your uplifting photo—there will be a different theme each week—to Life 107.1’s Facebook page. If we use it on our website, you’ll win a stack of 3 CD’s from Life 107.1 artists!

This week’s theme is the Iowa State Fair, so upload your pictures from last year’s festivities! Contest winners for each week’s theme will be announced on Friday’s morning show with Dan Young and Dave St. John.

Guidelines for the photos are as follows:

—Photos must be original and you must be the legal owner of the rights to it. If it’s not your photo, you can’t upload it.

—Photos must be completely family friendly. If you have the slightest doubt, please do not upload it.

—One entry per family, per day. Please don’t send us your entire set of vacation photos.

—Photos must be at least 600 X 400 pixels. Bigger is fine – smaller is not.

—By uploading your photo, you are granting Life 107.1 KNWI exclusive rights to display, print, edit and otherwise publish it. We just want to be able to display your beautiful photo on our website in the future!

—EXTRA POINTS are awarded to families that include instantly recognizable Des Moines landmarks in their photos. (For example, getting a shot of your smiling family at the Farmer’s Market with the Principal building in the background would be a home run!)

—If we choose your photo as a winner, we will notify you through your Facebook account.
